I called the Birth suite and they suggested I come in to get a once over and so they could monitor Pea (my baby) to see if he was still happy in my oven. I packed my bags just in case we had to stay and we headed off to the hospital. It was the Harry Potter Ron And Hermione Friends Shirt 15-minute drive of my life and Ethan and I just kept repeating ‘IMAGINE, imagine if this is it!’ We were so excited and so naive of what was to come. I got to the assessment bay and they monitored me for about an hour before coming in and telling us they were going to transfer us to recovery so they could monitor Pea overnight.
